Clubhouse Bot

The Clubhouse Bot was by Ethel Markdale in 1951 to coincide with a new chain of grocery stores opening up in Lethbridge Alberta. The idea was to call up a friend and invite them over for coffee, but most people just used the coffee and saved the can for dew worms.

Made from vintage military field  phone, antique coffee can, drawer pulls, etc.
