The folk art boats were Kevin Roach's first departure from all things fish. With a growing collection of miscellaneous parts and doo-dads, Kevin decided that boats were the obvious extension of his particular brand of folk art. Next came the the iconic floatplanes that opened up the north. Whether on the wall of a cottage or the mantle of your loft, the boats evoke sunset cruises and runabouts on a calm lake.
